"Nila" means blue in several languages — a nod to the most iconic scrub color in history. But to us, it’s also a symbol of calm, clarity, and confidence under pressure — everything our scrubs stand for.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and secure checkout via PayPal. Local payment methods may also be available depending on your region. If you decide to use either of these two methods, you’ll be taken to either the PayPal or Amazon Pay website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

Is it safe to enter my payment details on your website?

Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption and is PCI-compliant to ensure your payment details are fully protected at checkout.

Why was my payment declined?

Payments can be declined due to issues with your bank, incorrect card details, or security filters. Try another card or contact your bank for more details. If the issue persists, reach out to our support team.

Can I use a promo code or discount at checkout?

Absolutely. Enter your valid promo code during checkout, and the discount will be applied automatically. Only one code can be used per order unless stated otherwise.

Will I be charged any additional fees?

The total you see at checkout is what you pay. However, for international orders, customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

Do you store my payment information?

No, we don’t store any payment information on our servers. All transactions are securely processed through third-party payment providers.

Can I get a VAT invoice for my purchase?

Yes! Simply contact us after your order with your order number and business details, and we’ll send you a VAT-compliant invoice.

Ordering and delivery

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our shop, select your desired items, choose your size and color, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’re ready, head to checkout to complete your purchase securely.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit https://www.nilascrubs.com/register and follow the instructions on-screen.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at sales@nilascrubs.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via sales@nilascrubs.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

Can I alter my order?

We begin processing your order immediately, so changes or cancellations aren’t guaranteed. If you need help, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order — we’ll do our best to assist.

When will my order arrive?

Orders that require shipping within the UK. will be delivered within one to five days, depending on your preferred shipping method. Shipping to countries within europe is two to five days. Orders from UAE & Dubai will be delivered in two - five days.

International orders (for example U.S & Canada) will take up to 7 to 10 days.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the order price and the country where it’s being delivered. 

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Do you offer express or same-day delivery?

Yes — express delivery is available in select regions. You’ll see available shipping options at checkout.

My package is marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

Check with neighbors, your building reception, or security. If you still can’t locate it, contact our team within 48 hours and we’ll investigate with the courier.

Can I order Nila Scrubs as a gift?

Definitely! You can select gift options at checkout. We don’t include invoices in our packaging, and you can add a personalized message.

Where is My Order?

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with a tracking number. Click the link provided to view real-time updates from our delivery partner.

I haven’t received a shipping confirmation yet — what should I do?

Orders typically ship within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends). If it’s been longer and you haven’t received tracking info, check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.

My tracking says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive anything. What should I do?

Start by checking with neighbors, building staff, or your front desk. If it’s still missing after 48 hours, reach out to us and we’ll help track it down with the courier.

My package is delayed — can I get an update?

Delivery delays can happen due to weather, customs, or courier issues. You can track your order using the link we provided or contact our team — we’re happy to assist.

Do you offer support for lost or stolen packages?

Yes. If your package is confirmed lost or stolen after a proper investigation, we’ll offer a replacement or refund. Please report any delivery issues to us within 5 days of the expected delivery date.

What if I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address?

Contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update the address. Once shipped, we cannot guarantee changes, but we’ll work with the courier to help if possible.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.

How do I return an item?

Please contact our customer service team via sales@nilascrubs.com. Providing the return is within the 30-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return note by email. You need to print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us. You will need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging when returning an item.

What do I do if I lose my return note?

We send return notes by email, so if you can locate the email we sent you, simply print off a new one. If you can’t find this email, please get in touch and ask for it to be resent to you.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via sales@nilascrubs.com with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours. If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it’s in “as new” condition, in its original packaging with all labels attached.

How long does it take to return an item?

This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.

Do you offer exchanges?

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Are returns free?

Returns within the UK & Europe & UAE are free. For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our end.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s processed.

Can I return items from a Team or Bulk Order?

Team orders and bulk purchases are subject to a different return policy. Please contact our team directly to discuss options — we’ll do our best to make it right.

What items are non-returnable?

Worn, washed, personalized, or final sale items cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, underscrubs and accessories like socks or headbands are also non-returnable.

Yes! We offer special pricing and exclusive perks for hospitals, clinics, universities, and other medical teams ordering in bulk. Discounts typically start for orders of 10+ sets.

How do we place a team or group order?

Absolutely. We offer embroidery and printing services for team logos, names, and roles. Our team will help you finalize placement, sizing, and colors during the order process.

Can team members choose individual sizes and styles?

Yes. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send a custom ordering link or form where each team member can select their own size, fit, and style — all while keeping the group branding consistent.

How long do team orders take to fulfill?

Standard team orders take 7–14 business days to process, plus shipping time. Customization (like embroidery) may add a few extra days. If you’re on a tight schedule, let us know — we’ll do our best.

Is there a dedicated support team for large orders?

Yes — we assign a dedicated account manager to help from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience for every team.
